Returns & Exchanges
We at Mystic Attic LLC always want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We do understand that sometimes you may be unhappy with your purchase and need to return or exchange something. Please understand that all returns and exchanges must be approved through our customer service department; and initiated within 7 days of receiving your products. Products such as bath bombs, shower melts, solid bubble bath and other one time use items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you have an item that needs to be returned due to the product not meeting your standards we do ask that you have at least 75% of the product remaining. Depending on the nature of the return we may ask you to snap a picture of the product and email it to us or we may request you send the product back at your expense.
If you have an item that needs to be exchanged due to a mistake in shipping, we made a mistake and sent you the wrong product, please contact the customer service team at customerservice@mysticattic.com or send us a message on our Facebook page. We will reach out to you about getting the issue fixed right away.
If you have a return or exchange, and have picked up any of your purchases at one of our pick-up locations or at one of the farmers market events we have attended, please reach out to us and we will coordinate with you to process your request.
At this time shipping fees are not refundable.
